Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost?

The cost of this program is one flat tuition fee. Each program is different and unique, so too are the tuition costs. Please click on the “Learn More” tab under the program you are interested to find the cost and registration.

What is deposit?

Families can choose to pay for their program in 2, or 3 payments. The initial deposit is due at registration. If you choose 3 payments, a “middle payment” on May1st, and the final payment on June 1st.

How does food work?

Students will have three meals per day and an allowance per meal to give whatever they want to eat. We highly suggest parents provide a debit/credit card for their kids to use to get snacks. Many banks provide these services, like Greenlight.

How does sleeping and bed check work?

Students will have 2-3 roommates. We have both a male, and female, staff member on each trip. Each night our team will do a bed check at 11pm. At this point campers cannot leave their rooms. A portable door alarm is placed on their hotel door which rings an alarm in our team members room.

Do they do anything else on these trips?

Yes! Our programs are designed for learning, but these experiences are also opportunities for campers to make memories. We build time in the schedule for campers to explore the areas we are visiting. The group will get to choose different options and make memories.
