The cost of our summer camp

Part I: Weekly Tuition

The first part of the cost is a weekly tuition…just like any other summer camp.

The more total weeks you register, the lower the tuition cost.

Tuition is paid the weekend before each week your camper is registered through out Brightwheel App.

Part II: Activity Fees

The second part is unique, as our program is unique, and this is called a weekly activity fee.

This is the cost of all 3 field trips, special in camp activities, transportation, and lunch once a week.

Because each week is completely different…so too are the activity fees.

Read what is included with each activity fee as you will see that some weeks, have extras included….like Hershey Week which includes lunch and dinner in the park.

Extended Care

Our standard hours during the summer is 8:30am to 4:30pm.

We offer weekly extended care

  • Morning care (AM Care) from 7:00am to 8:30am

  • After care (PM Care) from 4:30pm to 6:00pm

Maryland Excels Scholarship Program

Active Minds Learning, and all of our programs, participates in the Maryland Scholarship program. Families who qualify, will receive the majority of their summer camp costs paid for by the State of Maryland.

We highly….highly….recommend all families check if they qualify for this scholarship as the income levels have increased significantly due to inflation over the past two years.

Deposit

  • The summer camp deposit is made with your choice of two, or three payments, to help families pay the cost in smaller and easier payments.

  • The initial deposit will include a $60 registration fee.

  • The last payment of the activity fees will be due the first Sunday in June, before camp starts.

  • All payments are made on the Brightwheel App

Savings

  • Sibling Discount - 10% (on all siblings)

  • Kindergarten Discount - 10%

  • Summer & Aftercare Discount - 20% & 10%

    • Save 20% on summer camp tuition when you also sign up for our Fall Aftercare program. You will also receive a bonus 10% savings on the first two quarters of Aftercare tuition.

Only the Summer & Aftercare discount can be combined with other offers.
